What is a Network facilitator?
A network facilitator (NF) is either an advisor, a consultant or a researcher, partner of the consortium who interconnects farmers, producer associations, levy boards, companies, researchers, EIP-AGRI Operational Groups and any other relevant actors of the small ruminant sector in his/her country (Small Ruminant-AKIS). He/she has the role to encourage knowledge exchange and transfer between all these actors. He/she is also the link with the European network of NFs and the other European flagship projects on sheep and goats, and on precision livestock farming. The NF is the coordinator of the network of his/her country and participates in the organization of all events and workshops.
